Interior:
A large electric gate opens into the private parking area, which can accommodate up to five cars, and another gate leads into the garden of the villa. The two-storey villa has a total surface area of 320 sqm. The main entrance leads directly into the dining room and the large living room with sofas, fireplace and tv; a French window leads out to both the garden on the side opposite the main entrance and to the relaxation areas on the portico and the panoramic terrace. Also on the ground floor is a laundry area, a separate kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. A large marble staircase leads up to the first floor with four bedrooms, one with a large terrace overlooking the sea, and two bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower.
Park:
