This former hunting lodge was built by the Medici and is situated very close to the shore of lake bilancino. It was renovated by the current owners in accordance with the traditional architecture.
The magnificent location offers great privacy and proximity to all services.
The construction has three separate units. The main building with 10 apartments. These apartments are set up individually in a very nice and traditional tuscan style. Furnished with TV, wifi, kitchenette with fridge and freezer, individual heating system, bathroom with shower and outside a small terrace with garden furniture.
An adjacent building is used by the owners for their private living, Here we find as well a small room for the reception and a sitting room for the guests.
Below the magnificent swimming pool is located an annex which is used as an event location for private parties or incentives. A banquet hall offering space for 70 people, a very professionally equipped kitchen and an amazing terrace with a panoramic view to the lake and forests.
Location: Just 5 min. by car and we reach the exit of the Motorway A1, designer outlet stores and a wide range of very good restaurants. In about 15min by car we reach the Mugello Raceway or even the Golfclub Poggio dei Medici. Florence Airport 25 min.
